According to Chinese tradition, white tea should be open-leafed. This is a noble Mao Feng variety—hence, it is presented as a green tea. However, it enchants with its white leaf buds and delicate, elegant aroma.

Brewing instructions: Use 1 gram of tea per 100 ml of water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes at approximately 95-100°C.
