4.9. In the event that the user of Premium Trading LLC wishes to return the purchased product, it undertakes to compensate the user for the amount paid by the user for the product:

4.9.1. 100%, if: the packaging of the product is not damaged by the buyer and he has a document confirming the payment.

4.9.2. 100% if the product has an obvious defect or the product does not correspond to the order/or the description posted on the website or the product is significantly damaged during the transportation process and the buyer has a document confirming the payment.

4.10 In the event that the customer wishes to change the product, when the product has an obvious defect or the product does not correspond to the order/or the description on the website or the product is significantly damaged during the transportation process and the buyer has a document confirming the payment, “Premium Trading” LLC will exchange it within the time agreed upon with the buyer. .

4.11 Refunds can only be made by cashless payment by crediting the customer’s bank account.

4.12 “Premium Trading” LLC will compensate the customer for the cost of the purchased product, in the manner and amount established by this policy, within 7 (seven) working days, except for the case provided for in Article 4.9.1.
